Our Story

Spectrum Care started because of a single phone call we could not make at 2am. A family member had just been discharged from a hospital in Koramangala, the discharge summary was two pages of instructions, and we had no idea who to call for a dependable caregiver to support them at home the next morning. The agencies we found online either did not pick up or sent someone with no documentation and no briefing.

That gap was the starting point. We spent months talking to families in Indiranagar, HSR Layout, and Whitefield who had gone through the same thing. The common thread was not a lack of options but a complete lack of trust. Nobody knew who was actually coming to their home, what their qualifications were, or whether someone would follow up if anything went wrong.

We built Spectrum Care to fix that specific problem. Every caregiver we place is trustworthy, profile-matched, and introduced to the family before the first shift. At the end of each shift, we send an update directly to the family over WhatsApp. It is not a complicated idea. We just think families deserve to know who is caring for the people they love.
